The General Secretariat of the college is responsible for the following tasks:

Preparing the human resources management plan for the college and ensuring its implementation.
Managing the professional career path of the college staff.
Ensuring the management, documentation, and preservation of the college’s archive.
Preparing the college budget project and ensuring its implementation.
Promoting scientific, cultural, and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the relevant departments of the university directorate.
Managing the movable and immovable assets of the college and ensuring their maintenance.
Ensuring the implementation of the college's internal security plan.

Taking or proposing the necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of postgraduate training.
Overseeing the progress of discussions on postgraduate dissertations and theses.
Monitoring the progress of scientific research activities.
Initiating partnerships with social and economic sectors.
Initiating activities to enhance and support cooperation between national and international universities.
Implementing programs to improve faculty members' skills and update their knowledge.
Monitoring the progress of the faculty's scientific council and maintaining its archives.
