Management sciences is currently one of the most important disciplines in most universities and scientific research centers, given its role in developing competencies capable of managing organizations and rising to the challenge of improving them. especially since the current environment is characterized by a high degree of dynamism and instability, which requires the constant training of managers with new administrative and behavioral skills. Management Sciences ensures this within the framework of continuous scientific research.The Management Sciences Department, one of the five departments that make up the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of Farhat Abbas Setif 1, provides high-quality training in management sciences to approximately 1,500 students in the fields of financial management and business administration, human resources management, and public administration at the bachelor's and master's levels.In order to ensure the smooth running of teaching and scientific research, the Department of Management Sciences is committed to a set of core values, the most important of which are:
